By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vesicufbfe B.V.

Services Description

vesicufbfe provides spa and wellness services including but not limited to massage therapy, facial treatments, body treatments, aromatherapy, and wellness packages. All services are provided by qualified and trained professionals in our Tilburg facility. Service descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Booking and Payment Terms

Appointments must be booked in advance through our authorised booking channels. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our facility. Prices include applicable VAT where required. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide full refunds in such cases.

Health and Safety Requirements

Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect treatment safety. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on health considerations. Clients must arrive in a fit state for treatment and may be refused service if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Pregnant clients must inform us before booking certain treatments.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients. Inappropriate behaviour, including harassment or disruptive conduct, will result in immediate termination of services without refund. Clients must follow all facility rules and safety guidelines. Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode to maintain the peaceful environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of vesicufbfe B.V. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. The vesicufbfe name and logo are registered trademarks of vesicufbfe B.V.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

vesicufbfe shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments and minimise disruption to our clients.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination of this agreement.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
